The Young Accountants Special Interest Group (YAG) is open to members under 35 years of age or those who are new to the profession. We aim to provide new members of the Institute with networking opportunities and CPD hours by hosting various social, sporting and informationbased events. Provisional and full members of the Institute are automatically members of YAG.

Young Lawyers' Committee

The Young Lawyers' Committee is a committee of the Wellington District Law Society. Young Lawyers account for approximately one quarter of all lawyers holding current practising certificates with the Wellington District Law Society and the focus of the Committee is on providing a vehicle for the views of lawyers in Wellington in their first five years of practise as well as providing social opportunities for those lawyers to meet and network.
